How to use hinges and matters needing attention:
1) The notch is punched at the corner of the front fan before installing the sliding support. The calculation of the fan overlap amount = the bottom of the frame groove -43mm, and the conventional unilateral overlap amount is 5.5mm;
2) When installing the sliding support, check whether the sliding support switch is smooth, insert the hinge No. 1 through the punching gap, and the hinge to the end. After the top is completely inserted into the aluminum groove on the side, avoid the corner code and fix it with the inner hexagonal key. The buckle is rotated and fixed on the fan material, and other holes are temporarily not screwed;
3) When installing the window sash, after opening the hinge 80%, put the positioning head into the bottom groove of the frame, put it underneath, and then insert the upper frame. After the window is stable, pull the sash tightly toward the bottom groove with hook;
4) At this time, use a hexagonal key to tighten the four positioning and fixing buckles on the upper and lower bottom grooves in accordance with the direction marked on the inner hexagon of the buckle on the bottom groove. Be careful not to apply excessive force until tightening (because the fixed buckles are positioning And play a fixed role, when tightening, you can use your hands to properly help stabilize the window, and fine-tune the window)
5) After all the positions of the windows are completely consistent, open and close the windows several times. After the final adjustment, you can fill the other screw holes of the window sash. The bottom groove of the sliding support is a solid piece, and all the self-tapping screws on the screws are filled. To strengthen the load-bearing function, it is recommended not to use self-drilling screws, but to use countersunk head self-tapping screws;
6) When the fan corner sealing is too tight or the sealing is not tight, adjust the inner hexagonal elastic piece under the top head to adjust the tightness of the front and rear fan corners until it is suitable;
7) After the installation is complete, check whether the switch is smooth, and before the doors and windows are delivered to the owner, please close the windows;
8) Avoid acid-base corrosive substances and too much dust in the sliding support bottom groove, which will cause the window to open and close and must be cleaned up. At the same time, the sliding support regularly adds lubricating oil to ensure rust prevention and smooth opening and closing. Can also play a role in extending life
